We have the ability and experience to customize, fully integrate, and/or modify any of our standard line of Automatic and Semi-Automatic machines for your application.
 
We are the main manufacturer of bottling line with only Aerosol manufacturer in Malaysia.
 
 


History of Company

1984

The company was established under the name of EXCELIN SDN BHD and manufacturing aerosol product packaging machine was established under the brand name of EXCELTECH.

1988

Participated in Hong Kong Exhibition and exported to China.

1989

Succeeded develop Oil Coating Machine and single Slicing with Cream Filling Machine for bakery industry.

1990

Succeeded to develop Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) deodorizing system and introduce for Malaysia aerosol product manufacturer to use LPG.

1993

Succeeded develop an automatic line of aerosol packaging machine and Awarded by the Minister of Science Technology and Environment for the BEST exhibition machine.

2001

Participated in Cambodia Exhibition and exported machine to Vietnam.

2002

Established EXCELIN AUSTRALIA PTY. LTD. as subsidiary company in Melbourne.

2003 Succeeded develop an automatic cup sealer machine for food industry use: Japanese Tofu Industry, Mineral Water, Jam, Jelly and etc.
2004
Succeed develop Automatic Tube Filling and Automatic Sealer Machine with 8 Nozzle and 12 Nozzle for Food Industry use:
Japanese Egg Tofu, Japanese Plant Tofu, Tube Jelly, CinCau, Herbal Jelly and etc.
2005

Succeed develop Stainless Steel Double Jacketed Tank, Stainless Steel Mixing Tank, Hi-Pressure Cooking Tank and many type of Storage and Pressure Tank specially for Food Industry. The sizes are 100 Liter, 200 Liter, 300 Liter, 500 Liter, 1000 Liter, 2000 Liter, 5000 Liter and above.
2006
Succeed develop Manual Aerosol Packaging Machine (Single Head). Control by Pneumatic System, no Electrical part/control. It has been exported to Philippine, China, Thailand, Australia and United Kingdom. Specially for Aerosol Product such as Spray Paint, Air Freshener, Cosmetic Spray, Body Spray, Aerosol Cooking Oil and etc.
2007
Succeed develop Automatic Double Cup Filling and Sealing Machine. It is control by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) System and Pneumatic Valve System.
